Breaking
Patios, sidewalks, porch slabs, old barn and shed floors, and pads left behind by demolished buildings. We break them into loadable pieces with the machine, working from the edges so the surrounding lawn, and anything buried under the slab, is disturbed as little as possible.
Hauling
The broken material leaves with us. You are never left standing next to a rubble pile wondering whose problem it is. Concrete goes to the appropriate disposal or recycling destination, and the site gets raked clean behind it.
Watch-outs we handle for you
Old slabs love surprises: wire mesh, rebar, a buried downspout line, sometimes a live conduit somebody ran under the pad in 1985. We probe, we watch for utilities, and we call for locates when there is any doubt, before the hammer swings, not after.
Grade-ready when we leave
Once the concrete is out, the hole gets backfilled and graded so the area is ready for its next life: new concrete by your flatwork contractor, fresh gravel, or topsoil and seed from us. One mobilization, finished ground.
